End-to-End expertise in property development solutions for Outdoor Hospitality

Our Services

  • LandWise leverages its distinctive expertise in both domestic and international expansion to support the growth of emerging brands. We conduct product-specific market analyses to identify opportunities and prioritize markets, then source and evaluate properties aligned with each growth plan.

  • LandWise creates a constraints model for each property by reviewing local regulations, environmental factors, topography, and other site conditions. This model guides conceptual design, forming the foundation for project planning and the entitlement processes. A thorough analysis of municipal, state and federal codes ensures a comprehensive and realistic project schedule.

  • Through active engagement with community members, local organizations, and businesses, LandWise will work to build strong community support for each project. By leveraging this support and increasing local awareness, we aim to facilitate a smoother entitlement and use approval process while strategically minimizing upfront capital investment.

  • Leveraging our experience designing, constructing and maintaining rural hospitality facilities, LandWise manages the design process from concept to project delivery. Drawing on our specialized expertise in operating private wastewater and potable water systems, we collaborate  closely with engineering consulting teams to ensure the designed systems reflect practical, field-tested insights. We provide on-site quality assurance inspections to ensure construction practices align with engineering specifications. LandWise will coordinate timely responses to varying field conditions, material shortages, and other challenges to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

  • LandWise offers comprehensive design and production management services, delivering end-to-end oversight from initial concept and prototype through final delivery. Our expertise ensures a streamlined, efficient process that prioritizes quality, consistency, and adherence to your project vision. We collaborate closely with experienced builders to ensure all work meets or exceeds high-quality standards, aligns with approved designs and meets all applicable building codes. We oversee project timelines and manage key deliverables to meet project deadlines. LandWise acts as your project advocate, ensuring that every detail reflects the original vision—from layout to materials and finishes.
